We had a wonderful stay at this property in Malaga. The house is very spacious, modern, newly built, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are bright, comfortable, and perfect for both families and groups of friends.
Another great advantage is the owner’s availability and kindness. He was always quick to respond and provided clear, detailed, and timely information about the property and the check-in process, making everything smooth and stress-free.
The excellent accommodation, combined with the owner’s outstanding communication and support, made our experience truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Malaga and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
Although we had requested a late check-out the day after our arrival, the request had not been properly recorded, which led to some confusion in the communication and messages we received. Even though we repeatedly explained that we had already informed them, the situation was only clarified after we showed them their written confirmation in the messages. At that point, they acknowledged the mistake and apologized for the inconvenience.

Muy cómodo y limpio
Un poco de ruido de los apartamentos contiguos, parecía que estaban en obras, por lo demás todo estuvo muy bien

O tamanho do ap é mt bom, localização razoável, logística próxima é muito boa, tem mercados, lojas, serviços em geral. Fica quase 2km do centro histórico, mas é tranquilo para ir.
Barulho das reformas de unidades vizinhas, dia todoe mt sujeira.A noite tb se ouve barulho externo,recolhida de entulho,serviço público de limpeza e 3 dos 9 dias que fiquei o barulho das obras foi ate as 21h. Falei p proprietário, mas não mudou nada. Habitação não tem grades nas janelas, fica no nível da rua, pessoas passam, rua com movimento, tivemos de deixar janelas sempre fechadas. Não gostei disso. Muita sujeira na porta por conta de reformas de unidades vizinhas, pedi p limparem, foram mal educados. Pedi p proprietário uma vassoura e pano p eu limpar, não fui atendida. Pedi tapete p por na porta de entrada, tb não fui atendida. Vindo rua, tínhamos de tirar os calçados, porque não tinha como varrer ou limpar, mesmo assim entrava sujeira das reformas vizinhas. Pedi varal pequeno p estender roupa, proprietário disse pra eu usar secadora e não se moveu p ajudar de outra forma. Eu não uso secadora, estraga muito as roupas e encolhe as que possuem lã e algodão. Achei muito estranho o boiler de água quente, ou aquecedor, não sei que aparelho era, ficar no quarto logo acima da cama.
Não tinha nem um pano para secar louça, nem p limpar a pia. Tivemos de comprar, mas a unidade poderia ter.
Para ficar 2 dias dá certo. Mais do que isso, eu não ficaria novamente.
