I will demand a full refund! Plus, I hope to receive moral compensation for two sleepless nights, mo

it is worst place and worst owner i ever have!

- after long trip I waited owner more than 2 hours - she didn't pick up the phone 7 times - when she finally picked up, she kept laughing... is this normal? - first she said she would be there in half an hour, after half an hour she said in another half an hour... in the end I waited more than 2 hours - everything is dusty - just a layer of dust (see photo) - there is nothing in the room - no promised microwave, no kettle, no dishes. After some time she brought it, but there is still no water, soap, shampoo, or anything. As well as glasses or WiFi - the drain in the bathroom was clogged with hair (I have all the photos and I am ready to share them) - the air conditioner did not cool the room in 6 hours, and it works so noisily that it is impossible to sleep - 20 meters from the house there is a railroad - zero sound insulation, so every train rumbles so much that it is impossible to sleep. Now I know that trains run at 2-07 am, 2-39 am and 3-13 am. Although I really don't want to be the owner of such knowledge! I will demand a full refund! Plus, I hope to receive moral compensation for two sleepless nights, more than two hours of waiting for the owner of the apartment and the terrible dirt inside! I made all photos of this nightmare, so will be glad to share it with booking
