I stayed almost one month at the property. The location is close to shinjuku by 10-15 min by bus which goes often. You can also walk to nishinjuku gochome station where there is multiple lines. The internet was sufficient for remote work but it was not high speed. There is a table for working. I like that they provided many towels even though I was just one person. There were 2 double beds and kitchen and washing machine, I appreciated the laundry detergent provided. The home shoes were also provided. There are konbini nearby.
The cleaning of the property was very superficial. There was a vacuum cleaner but was missing the parts for usability and there were not many cleaning products to clean by myself. So I ordered the cleaning service and they charged 10k yen. I felt scammed because the guy who came he just changed towels and sheets and took out trash. Then I asked the owners why they didn’t clean and he came back and vacuumed and asked me if that was enough. So I asked for proper cleaning but he didn’t have any cleaning tools and kinda just wiped the areas superficially. For this price I would expect proper cleaning. They told me I should demand from him more if I am not happy but I didnt feel comfortable . Apart from that I feel like it would be too small for 4 people staying long term. There was no closet and nowhere to put my clothes unless using the bed. The closet which is in the apartment is locked for use. There is no dining table so I had to use the table in the bedroom which has two chairs so if there are 4 people they cannot all eat at once. Not many restaurants nearby.

Mój pobyt w lokalu trwał 10 dni i uważam, że na taki okres czasu, lepszego miejsca w tej cenie nie mogłem znaleźć. W mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne, w tym pralka z funkcją suszarki. Na zdecydowany plus oceniam funkcjonalność lokalu, wiele koszy na śmieci. Potwierdzam wcześniejsze opinie, że lokal jest bardziej dla dwóch osób, bowiem jedno z łóżek nie nadaje się do spania. Szczególnie dobrze wspominam kontakt z gospodarzem, który odpowiada na wszystkie pytania i umożliwił mi późniejsze wymeldowanie. W lokalu jest cicho. Z racji, że odbywaliśmy wizytę w okresie zimowym, również znajdował się dodatkowy grzejnik elektryczny, który pomógł szybko nagrzać mieszkanie, bo co chyba typowe dla mieszkań w Tokio, szybko tracą ciepło. Klimatyzacja, wentylator w łazience i grzejnik umożliwiły utrzymanie ciepła. Co istotne, w lokalu znajdowały się również środki do prania, dodatkowe worki na śmieci, zapas papieru toaletowego, waga czy też inne przedmioty jak suszarka do włosów, suszarka do prania. Na pewno nie żałuję wyboru mieszkania, ponieważ w tej cenie nie mógłbym znaleźć lepszego. W lokalu znajduje się też świetnie zrobiona instrukcja obsługi wszystkich urządzeń, na każdym z nich są również naklejki z opisem w języku angielskim, po za pilotem w łazience od wentylatora - co wymagałoby poprawy. Zwrócę tylko uwagę na fakt, że lokal jest blisko przystanku autobusowego, ale pieszy transport z Dworca Shinjuku to około 40 minut, najbliższa stacja metra to około 15 minut, a po 24 w Tokio nie kursuje żadna komunikacja miejska. Z tego też powodu uważam, że lokalizacja jest świetna, ponieważ 40 minutowy spacer z Shinjuku to nie jest daleko, a po drodze jest wiele sklepów całodobowych.
Lokal był czysty i nie mam żadnych uwag w tym temacie, jednak na wstępie musiałem odkurzyć podłogę, ponieważ znalazłem jeden włos na ziemi. W lokalu nie ma również szafy na ubrania, a wieszaków na rozkładany stojak jest chyba 6 więc wystarczy to na odwieszenie jedynie kurtek. Jeśli przyjedziecie w dwie osoby zdecydowanie nie jest ona potrzebna (miałem 4 walizki i wszystkie rozłożone ulokowałem na łóżku przez co nie było problemu z miejscem). Po za tym nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń.

We liked that we are in the residential area of Tokyo, in a quiet street among the locals. The shops and the public transportations are walking distance from the apartment. The apartment has a balcony! The apartment so well equipped and I am very thankful for that!
I wish it had an elevator since we were on the third floor. But it was manageable :)

The apartment is in a great location, has good Wi-Fi, and comes equipped with useful home appliances. However, it's only suitable for two people, as the second bed is extremely uncomfortable and not usable for sleeping.
The second bed is incredibly uncomfortable you can feel every joint and gap in it. If more than two people are coming or if you need to sleep in separate beds, this place is not a good choice. I couldn’t get a proper night's sleep for several nights because of how bad it was.
