2 Bedroom Villa with Pool was amazing, GYM is great, Food at Island Kitchen is very versatile, can find something for everybody easily, People are very nice,
We were during high haze season, not better at the Island as we initially expected, SPA could offer more services such as Manicure, Pedicure, etc.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth, room was comfortable.
Housekeeping could be better as the cups were not washed and didnt replenish the coffee capsules. Staff may forget orders. Better communication between front desk and reservations.

Absolutely immaculate - beautiful island. Facilities and staff could not be faulted. Nothing was too much trouble. We upgraded our room to a one-bed suite - best hotel room we’ve ever stayed in!
It is clear this hotel is frequented mostly for short weekend stays by those from the mainlands. Our stay was mid-week so the hotel was very empty, which we found to be a double-edged sword. Not much of an atmosphere - all areas were very sparse - I had the pool and sun beds to myself most days. Similar story at meal times. This did mean that all staff were very attentive though and we received out of this world service!

Exclusive and easy access from SG
Lack of services such as salon, head spa. The regular spa was pretty fully booked but luckily we prebooked. No specialty stores to sell Batam sourvenirs or famous LAMOIST cakes. Not much to do on the island especially when it was raining, no fun indoor facilities
