Affordable stay, but hygiene and maintenance could be better

For the price we paid, the accommodation was acceptable overall. However, the cleanliness and maintenance definitely need more attention. I understand that this is a budget accommodation and I did not expect luxury, but regardless of the price, basic cleanliness and hygiene should be a priority. With a little more attention to these details, the experience could be much better.

The Wi-Fi did not work, the bed linen was stained, and the toilet was not properly fixed in place. The pillows were uncomfortable, and one of them was very lumpy. The TV switched on but did not actually work, the refrigerator was dirty, and the balcony was also quite dirty.

Great apartment.

Very clean, easy to access and easy to find. Great apartment. Thank you for hosting.

A few items in the apartment that need maintenance: 1) WiFi did not work, even after multiple attempts to restart. 2) Both large burners on stove top do not work. (small sized burners work). 3) No instructions for AC unit.
