Very clean and nicely prepared rooms with excellent bathrooms. We booked two rooms with family and both were extremely good. The common room with a new coffee machine, fridge and breakfast snacks was very welcome.
Location is a bit out of the way so you need a car to get anywhere, although it's not far to get to the beaches and Puerto Cesareo, the nightlife of Gallipoli and the main town of Lecce. The noise from traffic at certain times of the day (morning and evening work traffic) meant you couldn't leave the terrace door open.
