Overall Bad, 1440 per day seemed to be pretty high for that property. It is not even a single star.

Except giving plenty of space by accommodating 4 persons or a couple more with additional mats. If you are looking for a decent 2 Pax stay for 1440 this may not be recommended. Unless you are left with this is the only option. If you are a big family coming up with a budget friendly plan, then you may prefer it. Good: 1) Walkable to main road 2) Walkable to Girivalam ending point 3) Walkable to OLD Busstand (but this will not be operational during Pournami Days + 1 or 2 adjacent days. 4) I appreciate check-out time after 24 hours of check-in time, keep it up which is one of the reasons to pick your stay by any travellers. 5) Privacy is maintained

Bad/Improvements: 1) Drain smells are pathetic on the way to stay from the main road while walking or on bike or auto rickshaw 2) Very Narrow Roads, Hard for 4 wheelers (in fact we can say no parking) 3) Due to open to sky drainages in the locality mosquitoes are everywhere, and no mosquito nets or sliders at stay, which limits us not to use the decent penthouse area. 4) Washrooms are with sticking smells and uncleaned prior handing over to the new guest from the old guest, which was a pathetic experience, considering it I won't suggest any from my Circle who comes in a pair of 2. 5) Money Minded owner uses paint buckets for bathroom use for a 1440/- per day stay. 6) Mattress and pillows are of cheap quality, the polythene covers are not removed and stickered papers under the bed, which makes noise all the time while sleeping. 7) The room lighting was very poor, we needed white light first, then decorative red lights, with proper switches (which seemed to have the cheapest quality, and managed old ones) 8) Fans Runs only on two speeds, why can't you get it repaired. 9) The area is kind of slum-ish, which you can't change much, but the interiors of your house can be maintained well with good aroma, lighting etc. 10) Geyser water lasts for only 1 that seemed to be a smaller one with about 3 Ltrs capacity. 11) AC seems to be with a lock to increase or decrease temperature, except swing or Fan speed options. The pointers 10 & 11 conveyed me a narrow minded owner thought by focusing on the power bill. Which may not be suggestible for long term sustainability.

A good option with good price and comfort

The stay was clean and comfortable...with a good price and the owners were generous....they responded well to our requirement and it was a good experience

The distance to the temple was a bit long...but not too long...it's acceptable for that price
