Two words; not good
Info on Booking.com stated the pool was open during our stay but omitted to state which one. Communication with Noctua who manage the property told us it was the pool in the next block. It was closed however due to pump having broken down and should have opened 3days later. But it took a week. There was heavy drilling around the property opposite for several days. The day before our departure, 7th May, was sunny again. The tiles were being cleaned with a very loud power washer washer, so we returned to the apartment. The complex was generally quiet but was spoiled by the drilling. The apartment itself was generally adequate but the kitchen has virtually no work-top space and has inadequate storage for food. A powerful storm during hit the area one night with torrential rain. We were woken by thunder claps and lightening to find the bedroom flooded and spent most of the night mopping up .A friendly bunch of women run Noctua and were helpful. On collecting the keys on the day of our departure after hearing our list of complaints (more than written here and some outside their control) I suggested at least a refund for one night may be reasonable. I was told they would have a word with the owner. I have heard nothing in 4days. I leave to you to decide whether to book this apartment but would not advise it. Sharon Grainger
