I loved the spaciousness of the bedrooms. The villa contained everything you could need. It was close to everything but set back enough to not be able to hear the hustle and bustle of traffic.
The beds are far too hard for me. This is a personal thing and not a reason that I wouldn't return. There was a raised deck board in front of the villa entry that was annoying as we couldn't always get the door fully open. Again not something that would prevent me from returning to Villa Eden.

The layout, very spacious family and friends. Lovely open plan living area with pool visual. Drinking water supplied and kitchen utensils. Close to all amenities but still quiet and off the main road. Had a Pepito market at your door step…very convenient.
Walking distance to restaurants, beauty therapy, shops
The broken decking around the pool. Though they were fixing and upgrading this problem as we were leaving so it should be really good now.

We had a really lovely stay at this villa in Bali and overall it was a positive experience.
The villa itself is beautiful — surprisingly quiet and peaceful — and it feels like a little sanctuary once you’re inside. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and a real highlight of our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for very restful nights, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The facilities overall were very good, and the staff were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay.
There were a few issues during our visit that are worth noting. On one day, the electricity went off mid-morning and wasn’t restored until late afternoon, which we were later told was due to the meter not having been paid. This was understandably disruptive. We also experienced some maintenance concerns — during heavy rain, there was water ingress in both the downstairs and upstairs bathrooms, and the downstairs bedroom felt quite damp and musty. In addition, some of the decking around the pool area had loose boards and exposed nails that could present a trip hazard.
Importantly, when I raised these matters privately, the agent responded promptly, appreciated the feedback and advised that maintenance would be arranged straight away. That was reassuring and very professionally handled.
