It was accessible to the malls and major attractions the price was also good as it was in the city centre

We booked for 2 families with young children and we were assigned to the 7th floor. And there was no lift.

Beautiful room for a good price. Very clean! We appreciated the kitchenette as well. Thank you!

Overall the stay was acceptable, but due to the confusion with the apartment number and the cleanliness issues, the chec

There was confusion with the apartment number during check-in. In the Booking app, the reservation showed apartment 1B, so when we arrived we tried to find 1B at the address - but it didn’t exist. We spent around 40 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the situation with the operator. She suggested checking the entrance through the inner courtyard or from the other side of the street, but there was still no apartment 1B there. Only later did we find out that the link the property sent for registration (to receive the door code) actually referred to apartment 15. There was no clear explanation about this mismatch in advance, and it’s not something a guest could reasonably guess. When the owner called, he said we should have «read more carefully», but in my opinion the operator/host should have clarified this issue upfront. Cleanliness was also not ideal - there was trash behind the sofa, and disposable slippers were not provided.

The ideal spot to stay in downtown Katowice!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms and beautiful facilities.

Honestly, everything was excellent.

Znalazłem za łóżkiem brudną koszulkę po kimś, mieszkanie absurdalnie małe.
