The apartment was clean on arrival and stayed that way throughout the stay. It had everything necessary for a comfortable visit, with no need to buy or bring extra items. The host was available online at all times and replied quickly to messages. Every request or question was followed up on without needing to chase. Communication was clear and made the stay easy.
The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, so carrying luggage up (and down) the stairs is tiring, especially for heavier bags or anyone with limited mobility. The neighbourhood is crowded, which means noise and busy streets outside. This listing should state the stair access clearly so guests can prepare.
