The room is lovely, the staff cant do enough for you. The pool area is nice.
Although the staff are beyond kind, the are incredibly slow and dont have a grasp of facilities in the building for example things dont work properly. Breakfast was poor. Way too much bread and eggs cold. Further the hotel said there was a bar and when we tried to get a drink they said they dont serve alcohol.

We had a great experience at Kai Zanzibar, with excellent service and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit, making the whole experience enjoyable and memorable.

The staff was all so kind and helpful, a special shoutout to Veronica for being so hospitable! The cleaning team are fantastic and make sure your room is spotless everytime they come in. They always go the extra mile with decoration every time! The views are absolutely gorgeous as well and we had an amazing stay, no faults at all.
