The worst experience one could have. The stench of mold was terrible and the insects crawling around

It was a nice area to stay in generally.

For the price of roughly 600 € this was close to a scam. There were ants and insects in the bathroom, mold in the shower (black mold at that) and a wobbly, unsafe staircase leading to the bedroom. It was incredible-Booking.Com tried to help but the host was uncooperative. I would never ever book this again and would advise anyone against it-it was truly horrible. The mold was so strong, I had to open the windows all day long so I could shower in the evening, otherwise the stench would have been too intense. If there's any other way-don't spend your time in Paris here-it is not worth the hassle.

Overall, it was a good stay. We would recommend it.

Location, near to Arc de Triomphe and shops and bakery and very close to Metro station, sofa bed was comfortable and the room was spacious

The toilet/bathroom smelt of damp, the underneath of the bed upstairs was dusty and looked like it’s not been cleaned before our check in. Next door neighbour playing loud music at night and there were rattling sounds early in the morning when you’re still trying to sleep. The first step going up the bedroom was wiggly and didn’t feel safe.

it can be amazing but its poor

The Location n the bed was really pretty Comfortable and everything

It was very soggy I can say The apartment was okay in terms of location, which is really great, but there were a few issues that significantly affected the overall experience. The bathroom was in poor condition – it smelled bad, the tiles were wet due to water leakage, and unfortunately, there was a lot of mold, which made the stay uncomfortable. Although everything else was fine, this hygiene issue in the bathroom really needs to be addressed urgently. Additionally, the service wasn’t ideal as the team didn’t respond even by 16:30, while the check-in was scheduled for 16:00, which added to the frustration. Additionally, it was impossible to ventilate the apartment properly because there’s only one window, and it can only open about 3 cm due to a wire blocking it. This made the air inside stuffy and uncomfortable. I think a lot of work needs to be done on maintaining the apartment to ensure a better experience for future guests.
