Loved the style of the villa, very carefully decorated. The host was really nice and helpful, the village like a fairytale. Everything was perfect, wish we could have stayed longer.

Apsolutni mir i tišina. Objekt je vrlo uredan. Komunikacija sa iznajmljivačem izvrsna, osoba je vrlo ugodna i uslužna.

The house is in the most idyllic setting with beautiful mountain views from every window and the garden. The owner was extremely welcoming and accommodating and sent us lots of tips—he even arranged for a neighbor to bring us a bottle opener when we discovered that a previous guest had taken the one from the house. We didn’t know anything about Orpatlj but it turned out to be the perfect base to explore the region. Parking was no problem and we loved the short walk to the house through the quiet historic village. We went to the restaurant in town twice during our stay and also loved exploring the region. We were there with our young children and really enjoyed zip lining across the gorge in nearby Payzan, where we also found a swimming hole with cliff jumping. We also enjoyed a private truffle hunt organized by the store in livande.

Location molto bella.
