Our Homestay was perfect! Excellent location. Quiet, but of the main street with loads of restaurants and shops. Easy communication, great value and we were so comfortable.
Beds, linens and bathroom were all modern and lovely. Excellent Aircon unit and everything we could need. Would stay here again and again.

Idéalement situé, parfait pour explorer les environs facilement à pied tout en étant au calme.
Superbe petit appartement situé dans un quartier historique, très authentique pour vivre au plus près des locaux. Il y a un super restaurant de nouilles au sesame à côté c’était top
Le personnel est extrêmement réactif pour répondre à toutes les demandes. Il nous a même aidés à envoyer notre drone par transporteur, car ils sont interdits à Pékin !
Le logement est très bien équipé et dispose notamment d'une machine à laver, ce qui est particulièrement pratique.Le mobilier permet de se sentir comme à la maison.
Juste le matelas du bas est un peu dur

Walkable location to Shanghai’s famous Huaihai Road. Lots of food, shopping around. The place has a washing and drying all in one machine, which is handy for family with lots of laundry to do. Beds are comfortable.
The place needs an update. The bathroom was dirty, not well maintained. After we complained with photos, the host responded quickly. To our surprise, instead of a good scrub, we lived through a small Reno. The shower faucet was entirely replaced and they redid the caulking in the shower. It was an improvement, but the place is still run down.
