All-inclusive package for a truly relaxing vacation. Weekly reservations from Monday to Monday only. At Le Pech Rasquet: peace and quiet guaranteed! Nestled in the heart of nature on the Causses, you’ll discover the diversity of the flora, fauna, and starry skies. The perfect place to reconnect with nature! For hiking enthusiasts, you’re close to one of the Camino de Santiago routes, and for the more adventurous, there’s a paragliding launch site (1 km away). In Cajarc (5 km), with its restaurants and small shops, you can go canoeing, paddle boating, and caving. Ideally located near Saint-Cirq-Lapopie—ranked among the most beautiful villages in France—and not far from the Aveyron (6 km), it’s the perfect base for exploring the many landscapes, villages, rivers, and castles that surround you! The outdoor area around the cottage features a private pool open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (10 x 5 meters, gently sloping from 1.20 meters to 1.80 meters deep), secured by a low wall, a gate, and an alarm, with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shower. Near the cottage, you’ll find outdoor furniture, a hammock, and a pétanque court. Housed in an 18th-century building that has been recently and completely renovated, the cottage features a 24 m² attic-style living room with a seating area (stove not in working order) that opens onto a terrace with a table, armchairs, and a parasol. The front door leads to the dining area, and the brand-new kitchen is well-equipped and features built-in appliances. The bedrooms are accessible from the living area on the first floor (via the staircase) or from outside through French doors with shutters: 1 master bedroom (1 double bed, 160) with its own private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and laundry area (washer, freezer); 1 bedroom (2 single beds that can be combined to form a 180-size bed) with an attached bathroom (sink, small bathtub, toilet). Electric heating and fiber-optic Wi-Fi. A shared, enclosed 3.25-hectare lot, slightly sloped and surrounded by low walls and a fence. The owners’ home is located on the same property but is not directly visible from the rental (owners may not always be on-site). Non-smoking property.
