The spacious living area features state-of-the-art amenities: A fully equipped kitchen, a huge 65-inch LED TV, and a sleeper sofa that sleeps two. The dining area comfortably seats up to 6 people. Huge glass walls flood the rooms with natural light and lead directly to the large main terrace, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake, the city, and the surrounding mountains.
The penthouse apartment features a large master bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, a toilet, and additional amenities. For even greater comfort, there is a separate small restroom, ensuring short distances for all guests.
One bedroom is located on the main level. It is furnished with handcrafted woodwork and high-quality mattresses from renowned Austrian manufacturers. For safety reasons, the window in this bedroom can only be tilted open.
The entryway offers direct access via the elevator, which stops exclusively at your apartment. Thanks to a secure key system, the elevator remains private and secure, ensuring that only you have access.
An internal staircase leads to the second bedroom, located one floor below. This bedroom is also furnished with custom-made woodwork and high-quality mattresses. In addition, the lower bedroom features its own small terrace, offering additional opportunities for relaxation.
The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, and the living area also features air conditioning, which ensures comfortable temperatures even on hot days.

This property was clean and beautifully presented. Air conditioning kept it cool. Balcony had lovely views down to the lake and across to the mountains. We used the extra pull out bed in the lounge as well as the bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Short walk to the lake side and 3 min drive to station into Salzburg. One of the best properties we have stayed in and owners very helpful.
