About this house rental
Neighboring the Atlantic Forest, perfect for recharging your batteries and enjoying time with family and friends, very close to the beach, about 600 meters away, a walk on a flat, quiet dirt road. It has parking for at least 4 cars with an automatic gate, and nearby there is a market, bakery, restaurants, and pharmacy. There is a night watchman's booth on the dead-end street. The spacious house has 230m² of built area on an 800m² plot. It features a garden, lawn, swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue area, and a starry sky due to the low lighting in the surrounding area, but the garden has special lighting with several spotlights, some of which change color. To make it even more inviting, the pool also has colored lighting. The house is airy, spacious, two stories high, made of wood and glass, with 4 bedrooms, two suites with air conditioning, two bedrooms with excellent, new fans, and a bathroom to serve the bedrooms and a social bathroom. The large living room has a high ceiling, a complete kitchen, and a mezzanine with a view of the forest. The three bathrooms are well-equipped and spacious with hot showers, toilet, bidet, and large sink. We have Wi-Fi and Sky TV, a TV in the living room and another in the upstairs suite. If you would like tips on restaurants and tours, we are available, such as the island in front of Sahy to spend a day; transportation is provided by small fishing boats that will take you there and pick you up at a pre-arranged time. Just stay and have fun!!!!
