Colle di Sotto's cottage offers a 360° panoramic view from a green and quiet hill, overlooking spectacular views of the stunning Tuscan countryside.
Colle di Sotto’s cottage can accommodate up to six people and features a bright, colorful, and fully equipped kitchen with all the latest amenities, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with walk-in showers. Upstairs, there is an open-plan upper gallery with a fireplace and a large living room, featuring two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed for two people).
The original architectural details have been preserved and incorporated into a new, elegant, and comfortable design.
The cottage has been renovated using traditional materials—local stone, exposed wooden beams, and Florentine terracotta floors—lending it a touch of simple elegance.
Here and there, you’ll find exquisite details such as fine paintings, ceramics from Montelupo, and traditional ornaments that complement the building’s character.
Outside, there is a spacious, light-filled veranda, elegantly furnished, where you can sunbathe and enjoy splendid al fresco breakfasts or romantic dinners, and where our guests can relax whenever they wish while taking in a unique, peaceful, and picturesque view.
The wonderful infinity pool with a Jacuzzi (10.5 x 7.5 meters), equipped with sunbeds, reclining chairs, a table and chairs, is surrounded by lawns and landscaped gardens framed by the rolling wooded hills in the distance—it’s a lovely spot to relax and take a refreshing dip.
It has been built near the olive grove, away from any splashing sounds that might disturb those who prefer to enjoy the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside.

You can enjoy a spectacular infinity pool with a jacuzzi (12.5×7.5 meters), furnished with sun loungers, rocking chairs, soft, relaxing poufs, a table, and chairs… all with an amazing view of the Florentine hills. How nice!
You can rent the villa (11 beds) with exclusive use of the swimming pool, or rent the entire property—Il Colle di Sotto villa + cottage (15 + 2 beds)—with exclusive use of two swimming pools and a jacuzzi.
Both the villa and the cottage have been completely restored with original terracotta floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings, showcasing the best of contemporary Italian design with a very cool, clean aesthetic. Both are equipped with heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a stereo with CD player, an automatic gate, a parking area, and a spacious, private garden.

In the villa, the bedrooms and kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans, while the cottage has air conditioning (in the sleeping area).
Wide-sweeping 360° views of the Florentine Chianti hills can be enjoyed from our vast gardens, which offer a myriad of small, hidden nooks where you can relax in complete privacy.
