This iconic site, built in the 17th century on a cliff overlooking the sea, was born from the dream of Donna Anna Carafa, a noblewoman and wife of Viceroy Ramiro Núñez de Guzmán, Duke of Medina de las Torres.
The Apartment:
A cozy 55-square-meter oasis, featuring bright spaces and meticulous attention to detail. Featuring two entrances, it includes a spacious living room with a double bed, a second walk-through room with a comfortable French-style sofa bed—ideal for two children but suitable for two adults—a spacious bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto an intimate 40-square-meter private garden.
From the living room, the breathtaking view of the sea offers moments of unparalleled light and serenity.
Amenities and Services:
For maximum comfort, every detail has been carefully considered: air conditioning, smart TV, refrigerator, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, and a full bathroom with a shower, bidet, and hair dryer.
Pets are allowed, but in this case, a fee of €25.00 will be charged for the final cleaning of the apartment.
In addition, guests can park a car in the building’s courtyard and walk directly down to the beach via a private access path where, on beautiful fall and winter days when there are no swimmers, your dog can stretch its legs in complete freedom.
