The location is good but a bit walk to subway. They have a spacious room and clean. However the room a bit run down. The check in and check out went very smooth and they have drop off service to railway station!

The location is good as its near a "mall" which has many good eating options and amenities. Hotel provides pickup from nearby train station which is very helpful since its our first time to Hangzhou.
Also the staff is very helpful and friendly.
