The location was great and the information for the door keys was clear.
The communication was reasonably prompt and helpful.
The facilities were great and worked for what we needed. Having a variety of tea and coffee catered for individual needs, plus some sweet treats was a nice personal touch.
Having a late check in and not being able to drop our bags off earlier was difficult as we had to make arrangements. The towels felt a bit rough to touch and the soap dispenser in the bathroom wasn't pumping. Having a later check out was not an option when I asked and would have been good.

Central to main centre, whanau would walk to town. Beautiful set up for our whanau. Warm and comfortable whare.
TV in 2/1 we were unable to watch sky sport clearly
