Estada incòmode i amfitrió absent

La casa és àmplia, bonica i en un barri molt tranquil i agradable. Les habitacions són espaioses i els llits grans i còmodes.

La porta del jardí no anava bé: el primer dia vam estar més d'un quart d'hora per poder-la obrir i l'últim dia ens vam quedar tancats a dins i vam necessitar més de mitja hora per obrir la porta i poder marxar (arribant tard a una visita que teníem programada). Durant l'estada vam avisar l'amfitrió d'aquest problema i en cap moment ens va contestar cap missatge ni va venir a arreglar la porta, de manera que vam estar tots els dies amb la porta del carrer oberta. El dia de marxar, ens van intentar ajudar les dones de la neteja, que ens van dir que la porta feia dies que no funcionava... Per si no n'hi hagués prou, quan vam arribar a la casa ens vam trobar un ratolí mort dins del cubell de les escombraries de la cuina i a dins del calaix de les paelles hi havia caques de ratolí. Va ser molt desagradable. Tot i reclamar no ens han volgut retornar una part dels diners i ni tan sols s'han disculpat (ni pel ratolí mort de la cuina ni per la feina que vam tenir amb la porta el dia d'entrada i el dia de sortida). A la casa hi faltaven estris de cuina; no hi havia ni unes tisores, ni un ganivet de cuina, un obridor... i no hi havia ni un got per cadascú, i això que només érem 3 persones! Les habitacions són àmplies però només una té armari. Si hi van 6 persones no sabran on guardar la roba!

Logement sale, pas d’électricité, équipements cassés. Mauvaise expérience.

Le logement est situé dans un coin calme.

Notre expérience dans ce logement a été extrêmement décevante et ne reflète en rien ce qui était annoncé sur Booking. Pas d’électricité à l’arrivée : À notre arrivée, il n’y avait pas d’électricité. Après avoir contacté le propriétaire, il nous a expliqué qu’il n’y avait tout simplement pas de contrat d’électricité enregistré. Résultat : nous avons passé la soirée et la nuit sans courant, sans pouvoir cuisiner ou nous doucher correctement (eau à peine tiède). Propreté très insuffisante : Le logement était sale, le ménage manifestement non fait, et aucun matériel de nettoyage n’était disponible (pas de balai, pas d’aspirateur, rien pour laver les sols). Cuisine mal équipée : Certains ustensiles de cuisine étaient abîmés, et plusieurs casseroles étaient brûlées, donc totalement inutilisables. Cela a clairement compliqué notre séjour, surtout en l'absence d'électricité. Invasion de fourmis : Dans les chambres à l’étage, nous avons eu une invasion de fourmis, ce qui est inacceptable pour un logement censé accueillir des voyageurs. Équipements défectueux : La barre de douche était cassée. Le portail électrique ne fonctionnait pas, nous devions l’ouvrir manuellement à deux, comme des trolls dans Le Seigneur des Anneaux ouvrant la porte du Mordor. Les oreillers étaient bien trop épais et durs, ce qui nous a causé des douleurs cervicales et une nuit très inconfortable. Remboursement dérisoire : Malgré une réclamation faite auprès de Booking, nous n’avons été remboursés que 44 € sur 225 €, alors que le ménage était inclus dans le tarif. Pour une nuit dans ces conditions, c’est totalement inacceptable.
