Everything was as described.
A few condiments in the cupboard would help. Blinds don't comply with law, unsafe.

Very clean
Close to town
Parrots different varieties with cockies
And magpies to join us for breaky in morning
Couldn’t get boat up driveway but paddock across the road to park it

The location was central to our needs (fishing) and the basics provided, i.e. seating, heating, etc were adequate.
The fact that linen was not provided was disappointing. The information regarding this should be more obvious, ie In the booking description home page, NOT hidden away in the fine print under facilities. It seemed surprising though, that pillow-cases and doona covers WERE provided. I hope that they are laundered/changed before the next booking.
