What I liked most about the apartment was its excellent location, right across from Chinatown and Leicester Square, next to P.F. Chang’s. The apartment is modern, new, very comfortable, It also has a lift.
The air conditioning in the living room wasn't working, even after a technician checked it. They provided a portable AC, but it was extremely noisy. In the middle of the night, we discovered the bedroom AC leaking water from the ceiling, and we were told it needed maintenance. The shower wasn't working upon arrival and took two days to fix. The listing also advertised a dryer, but there was none.
Guests should arrive to a fully prepared and properly maintained apartment, not spend their vacation discovering problems and waiting for repairs. These issues caused unnecessary stress and ruined our vacation.
