Good, everything what need to comfy stay in. the on-site pool

Even though check-out was scheduled for 10 a.m., we were kindly allowed a later check-out at 12 p.m.; since we were traveling with a small child, this was a huge help.

Quality of towels and size, added options would be better.It was cockroach season; even though we were on the ground floor, we didn't find a single live one—they were all dead.

ABSOLUT WIDERLICH !!! KAKALAKEN - COCKROACHES - CUCARACHAS !!!!

Die Frau, die uns den Schlüssel gegeben hat, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Die Unterkunft ist dunkel, sehr einfach eingerichtet (kochen kann man da bei der Ausstattung nicht) und ist bereits gut in die Jahre gekommen, was alles kein Problem wäre. Aber dann kamen in der Nacht die geschätzt circa 5 bis 8cm großen Kakalaken raus und sind durch die Wohnung gelaufen. Das war das widerlichste, was ich je erlebt habe. Es war nicht eine einzelne von draußen, sondern ganz klar, dass in einem Zimmer ein Nest gewesen sein muss. Gleich am nächsten Tag haben wir die Agentur gebeten, uns unsere zweite Nacht zu stornieren, damit wir in ein anderes Hotel umziehen können und die haben sich geweigert und unsere Probleme kleingeredet. Beim Check-out hat die Frau, die die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht hat, sie dann selbst gesehen: Einige vom Gift, dass anscheinend versprüht wurde tot am Boden, andere noch im Schrank und die Wand entlang krabbeln. Eine absolute Horrorerfahrung! Nachdem die Frau, das der Agentur "rentalholidays.es" mitgeteilt hat, wurden uns 50€ Rabatt angeboten. Und jetzt kommt das Beste: Aber nur, wenn wir dafür bereit sind eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Ich war so geschockt, dass ich erstmal einen Screenshot von dem Chat gemacht habe. Man muss also davon ausgehen, dass auch alle anderen Bewertungen hier gefälscht sind. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen - weder der Service der Agentur, noch die Unterkunft!
