Convenient location.
No onsite staff to check in. Self checkin and someone had already claimed a room we had booked.

For the price it is fenomenal
Many comments are about the loud noises from the street, but it should be expected if you choose to stay in the middle om the city. It got quiet at 11pm in our case.

The perfect location if you are doing the Kumano Kodo. % mins walk from Kii-Tanabe train station. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, generous rooms. Everything you need even a washing machine and a sauna.

Sauna was Incred, was clean, lovely
Karaoke starts downstairs at midnight and stops at 6am - not the best when you have to get up for a 6am bus for the komano kodo. Would not reccomenfif that’s what you’re doing. The walls are very thin so it’s as if you’re in the room with the people doing karaoke. They provided ear plugs but really it does not help. I know this is not their fault but none of our room slept at all because of this.
