Very professional staff. House keeping provided Mohammed Saimun and Khairul Islam on floor 7 was excellent. Restaurant staff Mohammed Hassan was exceptional.
More choices for Indian food.

Magnificant hotel
Staff could be more responsive—calls to the front desk were not returned, and reaching them often led to voicemail. The Wi-Fi password was not provided at check-in, so I had to figure it out on my own; this information should be clearly shared upon arrival. Additionally, the in-room service options could be improved.
