Not good of you have tattoos

Food was okay, nothing special but a nice basic hotel buffet. The capsule bed mattresses were very thin, but for the overall price okay.

Unfortunately the worst place I stayed at during my pilgrimage. I stayed at the capsule room. The onsen is not tattoo friendly and if you are staying in the capsule room, there is no other shower option. Therefore I could not wash myself at all after a full travel day. They should definitely add this info somewhere. Tattoo prohibiton is not mentioned here at all. Also I still had to pay the bathing fee and did not get any discount for not being able to use the onsen at all.

Nice place to spend a vacation

Dinner was very delicious, variety of food, we really enjoyed it. Breakfast was very nice too. It was pleasant to stay in a clean room too.

There was a family next door with two little kids, they cried a lot and woke us up at 6:00.

Perfect get away

Clean and quiet

It is a bit far and there was not much indoor activity in the facility

If you are walking the 108, this is the place to stay after B20.

Location- I was walking from Bekkaku 20 and my daily mileage was about 23 by the time I arrived. Outstanding meals. Top shelf in every way and a bargain, as was the price for a capsule room. Excellent onsen. Excellent. Had one at night and a second in the morning.

My sole complaint was that the mattress could have been three times thicker and then the capsule would have been comfortable. But no one else seemed to mind, and the price was cheap.
