WARNING all travelers. Remove this property from Booking.com

The location only. Nothing else.

The staff did not respond to email communications. Despite many emails before I left for Thailand and sent during the train journey from the International airport. After 16 hours of travel... We could not access the keys to my apartment. Luckily, we were a few hours early and the owner of the property was still there. But they could not help. They spoke no English whatsoever. Which explained why I did not get a response to the emails. Despite gesturing to the safe and demonstrating I could not open it, they could not understand that I was asking for the key safe code. And then she simply disappeared upstairs. For at least 5 minutes, so we followed. Only to find her preparing a tiny box room with no amenities. NOT the fully appointed apartment we had booked. When I showed her the booking, she gestured upstairs and nodded "No". Her son then came downstairs and through fractured English explained that the apartment we booked was already occupied. And this box room with ZERO amenities was all they could offer. Same price. And not even yet ready for us. We left. Abandoned the booking a s a waste of time and money. 5 nights in total. And 15 minutes later we were checking in at Lohas Residences just 200m down the street. A FULL apartment including washing machine. With daily room service. SAME price... You do the math on what I think of the service at Yellow Sukhumvit ... And why the title of my review is to remove this listing from Booking.com...

Quiet area, good bed, plenty of space. Walking distance from Sukhumvit and Skytrain.

Room seemed a bit like still in the making. Lousy soundproofing.
