It is close to many shops and centrally located.
Finding the hotel is confusing. It is inside a branded hotel, yet no signage to guide you. Checking is confusing because done by branded hotel, but the hotel can't help you if you need something (towel, pillow, ...). Host is remote and can't do anything for you. Did not appreciate that host did not allow late check out for a fee. Insisted we pay the full extra night. Parking is complicated - yet another third party you have to deal with. Room is small and needs a major renovation,. Wifi is ok. Feels like a passive investor play to maximize asset revenue, but not having thought out the whole customer journey.
