Access to Casa Estia is from the street or a nearby parking lot, with just 5 steps to climb. Next to the front door, you’ll find a convenient key box; the code will be provided to you before your arrival.

Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a spacious, bright living area with large windows offering spectacular views. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining area blends seamlessly with the living room, which features a cozy fireplace—perfect for relaxing.

From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is spacious and functional, furnished with a large closet, a desk perfect for working or planning your day, and a double bed that can be converted into two single beds to suit your needs. A fold-out bed for small children is available upon request.

The modern and comfortable bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, toilet, bidet, and a convenient washing machine that can also be used as a dryer.
