This property is located right downtown so if you want a quiet space this is not for you with the traffic and constant city bustle. It is an amazing property with a gorgeous roof top pool. The fitness area and the complex is absolutely stunning. The condo is absolutely perfect! The host makes sure you have everything you need. The kitchen had anything you could think of and tons of space for your grocery store run. On top of the great space, the Host is absolutely amazing!! I cannot speak any higher of them. They are quick to respond, they make sure you have everything you need and check in and check out was a breeze. I would stay with them a million times over. Thank you for sharing your space for our baseball tournament!!

Nice place overall. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the décor was attractive. The only downside inside the unit was that, while the furniture looked nice, it was very uncomfortable.One thing potential guests should be aware of: if you're sensitive to the smell of marijuana, you may want to consider another property. I understand the owners can't control what neighboring units do, but the odor was overwhelming at times and did affect our stay. It was always prevelent in the hallways, but we would also smell it in the mornings in our bedroom. The management team was friendly, but unfortunately difficult to work with. There were four of us staying in the unit, yet only two key fobs were provided. Since the fobs are required for both elevator access and entry into the unit, two simply weren't enough for four people who were all working different schedules at the Mart.It took several days of back-and-forth communication and multiple phone calls to resolve what seemed like a fairly simple issue. When I finally explained that it would be difficult to leave a five-star review if all four guests didn't have independent access, the tone of the interaction changed considerably. I was then told that all future communication had to be either in writing or on a recorded line because it was a VRBO requirement. As someone who also rents out vacation homes through VRBO, I know this is not a VRBO requirement, at least not after a reservation has been confirmed.
