About this apartment rental
Welcome to Venice and to NinaMar. We are at our guests’ complete disposal to offer them the chance to see and experience the real Venice—with its traditional dishes, wonderful boat excursions, magnificent monuments to admire from a gondola, and much more. It is our passion to welcome guests and give them beautiful memories to cherish forever.
NinaMar is located in a unique area—quiet yet steeped in tradition—with a bakery, café, supermarkets, and restaurants just a short walk away…
The apartment is very bright and airy, consisting of an entryway, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed if needed, a double bedroom with a small veranda where you can have breakfast or relax with a book, and a bathroom.
It’s in an excellent location, easily accessible from the Piazzale Roma bus terminal, the Tronchetto Island parking lot, or the Venezia Santa Lucia train station.
The historic center—including St. Mark’s Square, the Gallerie dell’Accademia, and the Rialto Bridge—can be easily reached in 15 minutes.
I recommend visiting a glassworks to see the master glassblower at work creating his glass pieces and taking a gondola ride, perhaps at sunset.
