Our traditional Erzgebirge vacation home, “De Sieme,” with approximately 110 m² of living space, a covered outdoor area with a grill, and a small garden, offers plenty of room for a relaxing stay.

Let yourself be transported back to a bygone era in one of the oldest houses in our village. Discover the many items that accompanied the former residents for over 100 years. 
Whether it’s the cozy, historic tiled stove in the kitchen or the warm pellet fireplace in the living room, cozy moments are guaranteed here. The antique wooden furniture, lovingly restored throughout the house, could surely tell many an interesting story. Take your time and browse through old books with a good glass of wine, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
The charm of days gone by is, of course, combined with modern comforts. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, the amenities naturally include a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Flat-screen TVs are located in the kitchen and living room. The cozy bathroom with a shower also invites you to relax.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, which you reach via a slightly steeper wooden staircase. One is furnished with a double bed, and the other with a double bed and the option of an extra bed (sofa bed) for one additional person (max. 4 adults). If desired, we’re also happy to provide a travel crib, a high chair, and a potty or toilet seat reducer—all free of charge, of course. A cozy reading or play area, as well as a workspace with a desk, are also located on the upper floor.

Our vacation home is non-smoking... smoking is, of course, permitted outdoors.
Due to the historic nature of the house, we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.



Vacation home, shower, toilet, 2 bedrooms:

Our vacation home opened in December 2024 and accommodates 4 people plus an extra bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove and dishwasher. A coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are, of course, also included. There is also a flat-screen TV in the kitchen. A cozy sitting area next to the historic tiled stove guarantees cozy and convivial moments. In the living room, the cozy pellet stove ensures a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is also a flat-screen TV here. The bathroom, featuring underfloor heating, is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. The two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are located on the upper floor. The larger of the two bedrooms offers the option of an extra bed (sofa). The outdoor area features a covered seating area and a charcoal grill. A lockable shed provides storage space for bicycles or skis. Parking is available right next to the house.



On-site fees: A deposit of 20% of the total price is due no later than 7 days after booking. The balance is due no later than the day of arrival in cash or by bank transfer up to 5 days before arrival. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The guest tax (as of 01.01.2024)Erwachsene) is €2.50 for adults and €1.25 for children and teenagers aged 15 through 18. Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are included. Visitor’s tax not included.



Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
