About this house rental
The Zürs vacation rental measures 42 m² and features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a panoramic glass front, and a large private sun terrace that’s perfect for unwinding and relaxing. A living area with a panoramic dining table, a double sleeper sofa, and a 40-inch LED TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped designer kitchen, featuring an induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired during your vacation.
The natural wood floors, along with warm loden fabrics and fine linens, give this vacation rental a special atmosphere. The exclusively appointed bathroom, featuring a sensory shower, sink, large mirror, toilet, and hair dryer, offers moments of pure comfort. A radio, Wi-Fi, and blackout curtains are included in the apartment’s amenities.
This apartment is ideal for 2–4 people.
Surrounded by alpine beauty and majestic mountain formations, in the cozy little village of Dalaas, at the foot of the Arlberg, stands a house that’s nearly 60 years old and was named after my grandfather: Ludwig’s Mountain Lodges.
In the summer, you can set out on countless hikes and climb majestic peaks right from our front door, enjoy a round of golf, go swimming and sunbathing, go fishing, and take part in many other activities!
In winter, you’ll be right at the foot of the legendary “Ski Arlberg” ski arena and the family-friendly Sonnenkopf ski area—and, last but not least, just a few steps across the street from our Paludalift. Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sledding, or ski touring are all possible right from our doorstep or in the immediate vicinity.

On-site fees: CANCELLATIONS Please notify us in writing if you need to cancel your stay. • Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. • For cancellations made 29 to 15 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the booked travel price. • For cancellations made 14 to 7 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booked travel price. For last-minute cancellations, as well as for late arrivals and early departures, we charge 100% of the total amount.
