About this house rental
A modern, tastefully furnished, bright semi-detached home located directly behind the North Sea dike. With 72 square meters of living space, the semi-detached home is all on one level.
Located in the quieter Böhl neighborhood, this vacation home—completely renovated in 2018 and situated right behind the dike on the edge of the dunes—has been fully refurnished.
It is very comfortably furnished and situated in an absolutely quiet location.
With a living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms, it can accommodate up to six people.
The outdoor area features a private 500-square-meter garden with direct access to the dike!
The property is fully fenced and lockable via two gates (one leading to the entrance area and one to the dike), completely overgrown, and not visible from the outside.
A patio with an awning, a table, and six chairs, two lounge chairs, and a charcoal grill are available during the high and low seasons (April through October). NEW starting 03/2025: Mini outdoor sauna that accommodates one person lying down and up to three people sitting!
This property, located very close to the beach, is not far from the car ferry to Böhler Beach or the golf course, making it a true rarity!
Shopping options include a local bakery and supermarkets in the commercial district. A weekly market is held every Wednesday in the Bad neighborhood.
Restaurants in the immediate vicinity and in town offer a wide selection of dishes to suit every taste.

Two separate bedrooms (the larger one with a double bed measuring 160x200 cm and the smaller one with two single beds, each measuring 90x200 cm) with large corner closets.
Living room with a permanent sofa bed (with built-in mattress measuring 160x200 cm). Flat-screen TVs with satellite connection in the large bedroom (43 inches) and in the living room (55 inches).
Free Wi-Fi. Separate, modern, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven,
induction cooktop with four burners, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer, etc.) plus a dining table for up to six people.
Bathroom with a large shower stall featuring a glass partition and a washing machine.
All rooms feature light-colored, durable designer flooring. Living and sleeping areas feature dimmable lighting.
Electric roller shutters secure all rooms (including the front door, if desired) and darken the bedrooms. Gas central heating!
A vacuum cleaner, ironing board/iron, and hair dryer are also available for use! A rotary clothes dryer and clothes rack are located outdoors.
