About this apartment rental
Welcome to our cozy vacation rental for up to 2 people. This charming accommodation, with approximately 75 m² of living space, offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. On the first floor, you’ll find an inviting living/dining area with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and an armchair—perfect for relaxing evenings. For your entertainment, a radio with a CD player and satellite TV are available.
The modern, separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, electric stove (ceramic cooktop), coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle—here you can prepare your favorite meals. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet, while the bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe.
Enjoy the fresh air on the terrace, which features a beach chair, umbrella, and patio furniture—perfect for relaxing outdoors. A parking space is also available. For your added convenience, we provide an electric grill, a bike shed, and free Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are included in the price for stays of 7 nights or more.

For check-outs on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee. In some cases, it may be possible to adjust your travel dates to avoid this surcharge. Please note that during the period from June through September, bookings must be as continuous as possible.
The visitor’s tax is based on the current regulations of the respective vacation destinations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
