Great overall. The carpet in the hotel room was a bit dirty looking. Lots of stains and dusty in the bathroom. But onsen was great and clean. Staff was great and helpful.

The hotel was super clean and new. The room was great with enough space and a great view. The hotel onsen was very nice and clean with enoigh space to accommodate the people who were there.
