Spacious, clean, well equipped place in a good location within easy walking distance of a large supermarket and Lokman's fish and chips. We came as a family of four with a friend and between the three rooms slept very comfortably with tonnes of space, it was actually much bigger than expected. Nice big sofas in front of the TV and spacious dining area. All the ACs worked well and the kitchen had everything we needed for a few days' stay, including a corkscrew which they initially said they couldn't provide. The toastie maker was an unexpected bonus. The pool looked great but it was rainy much of the time we were there so we didn't use it.
You can easily drive from here to Morphou/Guzelyurt in about 45 minutes or east to central Kyrenia/Girne in about half an hour. Overall, Sunshine Apartments is a wonderful place to stay in itself, not just a base to explore. We'd make it our first choice next time around Karabas/Alsancak unless the price increases greatly.
It would've been great to have basic outdoor furniture (plastic table and chairs) but not a big issue, the dining chairs can easily be taken outside for a while. The drains especially in the kitchen sink are very slow: again not a big issue for guests but they could make life easier for the cleaners presumably by fixing this.

Could not use any outdoor facilitys as was all filthy and swimming pool was green. Also our apartment had a strong smell of cats. Plus I have been back home for nearly 3 weeks now and still haven't received my deposit back just keep getting told it should be there but never comes have been onto them so many times now
