The location was very quiet and walkable. It was near great restaurants and grocery stores. The staff was kind and helpful and the beds were very comfortable.
I didn't like that breakfast had to be eaten in the room. I didn't enjoy having multiple trays of food delivered to my bed.

Liked the location / shopped for croissants and breakfast items
The front staff were friendly and helpful
The door knobs on the bathroom and toilet room- hard to open - hard to grab
The hole at the back of the shelf under the bathroom sink- stuff disappeared
The bathroom lighting was poor
The shower floor didn’t slant enough to drain properly
