Terrible, will never use Booking..com or LocalVR again.
The space.
The property had an IMMEDIATE FOUL odor upon entry. We found SPOILED GARBAGE left in the dumbwaiter. My husband had to take out the garbage that leaked out of the bag onto the floor. The garbage was put in the bear box. The MANAGEMENT company was notified by phone call & text. We are PROMISED someone will dispose of the garbage in the morning. Meanwhile we have to air out the entire house. There is no AC either.
Then i notice the dryer is still full of towels from the cleaning service. So if i want to use this amenity I must take the clothes out of the dryer. Then i notice EVERY single dish and pot and pan I go to take out to cook is DIRTY. At this point i have called to report a slue of things and I just wash the dish. We stayed Thursday night to Sunday morning. Check out time being 10am. I go to look at the list of things to do to “check out” it’s out the dishes in the dishwasher- well the dishwasher is FULL and at this point we have already been handwashing dishes and pots ALL WEEKEND. I notify the MANAGEMENT company at 0646 that the dishwasher is full already of unknown dirty or clean and that I won’t be emptying the dishwasher and I have been having to clean and wash every single dish I have pulled out of the cabinet before use. Then we find out after they told us they took the garbage out of the bear bin they in fact did not. I then asked for a refund of my cleaning deposit. They at first said I had no photographs to prove this and denied it- when I pushed back and asked why their rep never told me or advised me to take any they said oh well you text after departure and when I sent them a screenshot of the text thread showing in fact I did not and I did report things as they happened they said I waited too long to report the dishes. Absolutely absurd.
