Nettes Häuschen in ruhiger Umgebung mit naher Lage zum Cairngorms Nationalpark. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe per Keybox. Sehr gut ausgestattete Kücke. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer und separates Bad im Obergeschoss.
Ich fand es etwas komisch, dass im WoZi und im oberen Bad gute Verdunkelungsrollos angebracht waren, in den Schlafzimmern aber nur alte Lamellerollos. Die haben leider viel Licht durchgelassen. Das Geschirr in der Küche war leider nicht ganz sauber. Das haben wir dann erst mal in die Spülmaschine gepackt. Dann hat es wieder gepasst.

Spacious, large living room with lovely back garden space.
Although slightly outside of the main town there are lots of walks nearby and a short cut to old bridge inn (still a wee walk, but nice). Very close to Dalfaber where you can use the facilities for a charge or the public bar.
This place really needs to get on top of its cleaning. Appliances, worktops and drawers were very dirty, I took cleaning wipes to most areas including the fridge and spent a wee bit of time cleaning, it wasn’t a huge job, but really shouldn’t have to do it. But it was the floors that was the real issue. As well as it being dusty and a lot of hairs, there was a toe nail clipping in the living room. Which wasn’t an ideal start to the holiday. We had a crawling baby with us so I can accept I might pay more attention to a floor than others, but this was pretty poor. Again a go over with the vacuum and cleaning wipes solved most of this. If this is an amateur doing the cleaning I would recommend you get a professional, if it is a professional I would really suggest a review of the contract.
Additionally:
-The spiral staircase bannister in the upstairs room is attached with duct tape, and clearly had been that way for some time , if I was the owner I would seriously think about investing in getting this fixed.
-The pictures of the property are clearly out of date, there is no bath, for example.
