The staff are helpful and welcoming. The room is clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel is new, with modern facilities. The breakfast is good, although it mainly offers Chinese-style dishes. It would be nice to have more Western options, such as bread and cheese.
The hotel is located quite far from the city centre, which can be inconvenient for guests. The shuttle bus service also finishes too early. It would be much more convenient if the hotel could arrange a shuttle bus departing at around 8:30 p.m. to give guests a more comfortable morning.

The location is very convenient. It is very close to Changlong Scenic Area. The starting price is just a taxi. It is very close to the bustling Sihai City and Tianhe City. The front desk service is warm, which is very good.
