Separate apartment inside the hotel complex, 85 euro extra for sheets and toilet paper??
Close to the lifts, we could use the sauna and pool attached to the hotel.
It took us some time to get the keys, as we had to contact the owner to get the code to the lockbox ( who does not speak good English- nor us French) which took some time, There was no bed sheets, no toilet paper(despite saying it came with the place) the toilet light didn't work either, makes toilet time an extra challenge!, there was crumbs on the side when we arrived and dirty cutlery in the drawer and several dirty bowls in the cupboard. There were glass shards on the balcony floor? not sure how they ended up there as the property above would have had to defied the laws of gravity if they dropped some! Was told by the concierge that the check out would be 11, we didn't check the Booking.com site as we trusted the people who would then check. but at 10:25, 10:26 and 10:31 receiving missed calls and messages saying they couldn't get into the room as the key was not in the lockbox, so we had to cut our stay short. (Whilst Mid mountain)
The Sofa bed could not be easily opened by 2 of us, but that was more of a blessing as it was disgusting, I don't mind sleeping rough, but other peoples hair and crumbs, dirt of unknown origin... not sure about that! Better to keep pandoras box closed and sleep on the sofa
we asked for bed sheets and toilet paper but this would cost an additional 85 euro. save yourself the money and go to the shop its 6 euro for a large towel and 4 euro for toilet roll. (on the booking page, inside the price is 115 euro for cleaning, not sure when this was even adequately done last)
We thought we were staying in the main hotel, turns out a separate private apartment within the hotel.
There's facilities to make coffee and tea, but buy your own teabags and sugar :)
