Easy check in/check out, comfortable apartment with good kitchen facilities. Comfy bed and lots of wardrobe space. Liked that there was a desk in the main living area which was useful if basing yourself here for work purposes.
Lots of rubbish outside on my arrival, not the fault of the apartment owners but mentioning it because it initially put me off the area. Was also quite tricky having to carry luggage up to 3rd floor with no lift facilities.

The location.Nice area good walking along the riverside.Easy walk over the bridge to the waterfront.
On arriving:Iinstruction given by email stated parking area was 2 bays to the right of the bin shed marked 10400.In fact this number was 3 bays to the right and a car was parked in this bay. However the carr did move off The bay number should read 104 CD.
Also the sink plug in bathroom sink needs replacing we had to keep taps running to have a wash.The blinds in the lounge all had broken cords so could not be raised so we could not fully enjoy the view.

Location was excellent for our plans and was within walking distance of the city centre, Mermaids Quay and the Ice Hockey Stadium.
Cooking facilities were excellent with plentiful hot water. Nice designated parking space which was viewable from the property.
Generally the noise from the main road bridge running past the property was acceptable except for the intermittent noisy motorcycle.

Well presented and equipped.
The description of the property was somewhat misleading. No mention was made of the constant loud constant traffic flow on the major Highway just metres from the unit.
Neither was is especially clear at booking that the unit involved a four level stairs only entrance. My wife, who had recently had a hip replacement operation would have appreciated a more fulsome disclosure of the difficulty gaining entrance. As the bag carrier I would not have rented this place had its description had been more detailed or accurate. So buyer beware with this place.
