Overall the accommodation was pretty good & in a great location to visit the Vatican

It was close to the Vatican & secure behind locked gates

The hot water wasn’t great & a clean dish cloth & scrubber would have been good. Right side of the bed in the bedroom near the dining room was all sagged

Good location, and communication from the host. Very uncomfortable room (A/C, Water temp, bed firm)

The host was easy to contact via WhatsApp. The apartment was very close to the Vatican City. I like that there was a washing machine to wash our clothes and there was a refrigerator.

The A/C did not work in our bedroom during our stay. The apartment had two bedrooms, and the unit in my daughter's room worked fine, but the one in our room continuously displayed "21" (21°C) and only blew room-temperature air like a fan—it never actually cooled the room. Since we stayed in mid-June, the room became quite uncomfortable. The following day, around 3:00 p.m., someone came to look at the A/C. They reset the unit, and it appeared to work for a few hours, but by about 9:00 p.m. it had stopped cooling again. We also had no hot water during our entire two-night stay. Every shower was completely cold. My son said the water felt like it was about to warm up for about 30 seconds, but then it immediately turned cold again. There was never any hot water in the showers or at the sinks for the duration of our stay. The beds were also very firm and extremely uncomfortable. When I tried to sleep on my side, my shoulders became sore from the firmness of the mattress, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. The host just sent this msg from WhatsApp in response to my review. "You are an unpleasant and bad person, never known a guest like you in so many years of hospitality, it is absolutely not a house of 3, you have never complained of water problems during your stay or beds, as you did not have to open the sofa bed in the living room (you should have asked me for it), indeed I immediately worked to bring you a fan, said this I wish you a happy life, your punctuation and your malice will surely go back in time the double together with the Your fake smile and your fake messages that those who work with me have seen."
