Rude member of staff Mark is. There was a fellow on the phone by the name Mark and he was agitated by the fact I didn't receive the code to access the property. I made it clear that I had booked on booking.com and didn't receive instructions. I expected a reception. If you want to go for the automated approach, do say so without scolding your customers. He did say a few times that he was "helping me" as a result. When I pointed out that I did pay for the service, he proposed that I could "go away" if I wanted to. He kept saying "don't do this next time". There won't be next time I'm afraid. Mark was even pissed off that I didn't have data on my phone when I asked politely for the wifi password. Strange fellow. Absolutely horrible approach.
And remember, if you plan on staying there, there is no sign at all for the accommodation. Just another house in a residential area. Make sure you have the access code before you arrive otherwise you'll be told off like you committed a cardinal sin!
Bed was uneven and felt like it was missing a plank or two in the middle. Clean room and facilities. Bathroom was extremely clean as well with toiletries supplied. Kitchen was spacious and fresh.
