Convenient location. Very clean room. Air conditioning was great.
Breakfast vouchers were available but the restaurants accepting them were closed on Sunday and no alternative was offered.

El aire acondicionado
La actitud de quién estaba entrenando a otro muchacho en la recepción.
La insistencia en que "había tenido suerte de que no se hubiera cancelado la reserva", siendo que ya había entregado los datos de una tarjeta de crédito y aclaré que llegaría de madrugada.
Terminé pagando en efectivo, tuve que solicitar factura y al pedir una copia firmada por el establecimiento de que no utilizarían mis datos (DNI) para nada indevido, se mostró molesto, solo me mostró la tablet con la política de uso de datos y dijo que "no podían hacer nada" con mi información, cosa que no es cierta y todos lo sabemos.
También dijo mi número de habitación en voz alta, cuando había otros huéspedes cerca, cosa que no es una buena práctica de seguridad en hoteles, por motivos obvios.
Solicitó "DNI y Pasaporte". Tuve que aclarar que solo mostraría el DNI ya que soy española y esa información cae de madura al mostrar el DNI...
