The flat is very spacious and conveniently located on the ground floor. Everything a guest could need is there, even charging cables close to the bed, which was very comfortable.
I did not like the location, it is a bit far away from everything and quite dark at night. However, I just used taxis to come and go, which made everything super easy.

Good maintenance of the house and heartwarming facilities (e.g. charging cables, adapters, clearly labelling the facilities for operations, etc), private parking etc
.
